I hope you are all enjoying this sunny and cold weekend!  We have a few things coming up this week so please read below.  I also have quite a few pictures of things we have been doing these last few weeks…enjoy!

Chilly Weather – The weather is quite chilly and we encourage your child to dress warmly as we often still go outside for recess.  Please bring lots of layers and I would encourage the girls to wear pants.  Thank you!

Skating Tomorrow – We look forward to skating tomorrow afternoon.  It is casual dress!  Please remember to bring skates and helmet (if you have them) and dress warmly!  Our skating time is from 1 – 2 and we would love for parents to join us!

Let’s Shrink Wrap Mr. Morris!

Mr. Morris has a challenge for the Highroad community. If we can raise $5000.00 for the beautification project between Feb 1-22, he will volunteer to be shrink wrapped to the red post at the front of the school during the morning greeting time on Friday, Feb. 22. Donation cut off is Thursday, Feb. 21 at midnight. You can donate at the school office, or online (highroadacademy.com/product/donate) to this excellent cause of seeing our Principal ‘hang around’ the morning of the 22!
