We had some excitement in our classroom this morning as we learned how to hand-sew!  The high school textile class joined us today and helped the students begin sewing their memory pouches!  We will continue working on them next week!  Enjoy the pictures below…

Here are a few important items…

Comfort Kits:  Comfort kits need to be in this week.  I am still missing a few – please send them with your child early next week!

Fall Colour Day:  On Wednesday, October 11th it’s fall dress-up day.

Bible Memory Verses:  We will begin learning BMV’s each week.  Sheets will be coming home early next week.

Tests signed & returned: I will often send home assessments for you to look at, sign and return to school.  This is a great way for you to know how your child is doing.  There will always be opportunities to take a re-test and that will be in your child’s planner.
